Port forwarding for Somfy
I have been told by Somfy (blinds) that I need to open ports-
8883 tcp public
20000 tcp private
This is my first time doing this and I am confused as to the steps on my orbi pro. I foind where to do it. But there is no where I see to add public or private etc. Tried a few things but nothing working!
Thanks

Review the user manual for information regarding how to configure port fowarding when needed. Usually it's not needed if uPnP is enabled.
Check for a router with your ISP Modem/ONT. If you have a router here, This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended and would cause port forwarding or uPnP on the Orbi pro system to not work right. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NATNetgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi Pro products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi Pro and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
