Not a very detailed description of your "a server", your
port-forwarding rules, how you tried to access your "a server" (or from
where), or the actual error message which you got when the attempt
failed.

"the summary"? That's the IP[v4] address of its WAN/Internet
interface?
Plug that address into the form at: https://whois.arin.net/ , and see
if it's a public address or a private address. (There's no need to hide
any of a private address.)

You can't reach your router at a private address from the outside
world.

Specifying a DMZ server dos not change the router's WAN/Internet IP

As always, an actual version number would be more useful than your
opinion of what's "latest" today. But you have an ISP problem, not a
router firmware problem.
