Port wont open for my minecraft server
Im having issues with port forwarding my minecraft server to port 25565 i have the server open and i port forwaded both TCP and UDP and allowed everyhting through my firewall i ran the port check too...

i fixed it was just my firewall blocking it

Yes i did and some of them did not help at all
also i have a modem that is seperate from the netgear router
could there be any issue with the modem doing it?
Also should i use Address reservation?

i have a technicolor modem
i am not sure if its causing the issue

Sp, we know who made (or sold) tour modem. Sadly, we still don't know what model it is.
Without that information no one can begin to guess if your modem is just a modem or a modem/router.

A web search shows that Technicolor has produced many different devices over the years and quite a few of those are "gateways" which combine modem and router. Irf you have one of those it will almost certainly get in the way of what you are trying to do.
Most bits of kit have a label on them that says what it is, its modem number. Look on the back of yours.

I took a look at the back of the medom and i found the modems model number
model number is TC4400-AM
