Ports Closing on Netgear Nighthawk X8

Is that accurate? Firmware version? Connected to what? (Some kind
of modem or ONT, or another router, or what?)

We are connected to filemaker remotely on port 5003
We can connect just fine. Its just every so often we have to reboot the rooter because the port closes and we cannot connect.
But once we reboot the router we can connect again.
