I recently moved homes and a lot of plugs for my electronics got mixed up. My Netgear R7500-200NAS Nighthawk X4 worked perfect in my old house but reboots constantly in my new house. Before I send ...

I looked it up as you suggested:
Power adapter • North America: 100-240V, 50/60 Hz input
This appears to match, but the next part does not:
All regions (output): 12V/3.5A DC output
My adapter, as mentioned previously, shows +12V/1A. Could this mean I have the wrong one?

Is there a place to get an "official" replacement?

I believe that Netgear doesn't sell them. Ebay? A local electronics
store may have a generic replacement. Just make sure about 12VDC and
(at least) 3.5A. And the connectors, of course.
If you had the right one before the move, then it could be attached
to some other 12V gizmo (where it's probably living an easy life).
There's some value in labeling these things when they're new, before
they get separated from their respective appliances.- vemnoxApr 03, 2018Aspirant
Guess what!
I found the darned cord plugged into a pencil sharpener! It has "Netgear" labeled on it on the other side. I plugged it in and the internet hasn't dropped yet. Saved me a waste of an RMA!
Thanks!!
