Not sure about that one, but some could do 220v but weren't approved for it. Don't know if thats one. If you plug it in and it melts, its not. (just have it unplugged from the router when you do so)
the only nice thing is that router is over a decade old so there's plenty of after market power supplies if you decide to go that route. Or just buy one thats 220v. Just make sure it has the same output as the original .
