Power LED stays amber

What should I do if the Power LED on my Nighthawk router stays amber and does not light white?  Also power off and on again don't fix it.

Try a different power supply?

      Also try a reset, press the reset button for 15 seconds then release...

        Nope the reset does not work, look like its not working the resetbutton
