Privacy separator on a C3000-100NAS

I have a Epson WF-4833 printer that I am trying to connect to my laptop (Win10).  The install app states printer cannot connect to the laptop.  I need to disable the privacy separator (see attached)....

did you connect the printer to the router via wireless? 

Or did you hardwire it in?

    Wireless.  I was following the instructions via the app.
