Hello OM from another OM here!
Assuming the wireless and the wired client can communicate in a transparent way (ensure the wireless client isolation is not enabled on your router wireless config - as this would prohibit the direct communication with other devices on your wired or wireless computers), run the Homegroup Reset Troubleshooter (Win 10)

I don't use Homegroup, still the old fashioned way using shared drives and computer permissions.
However there is a lot of info on the web, for instance:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17145/windows-homegroup-from-start-to-finish

I have not used W7 in ages, but plain old File Sharing will work too.
