problem with network compatibility

1. you have the R8000P? You posted in the AX router forum. the forum for that router is:

2. You didn't put what your actual issues are. What exactly is happening in details. Not just "its not working" but whats actually going on.
3. what firmware is on the router?
4. what modem/gateway do you have?
5. The spanish request is a rough one. You can use google translate like most of us do.
