What router are you connecting the EAX15 to?
did you setup the extender using wps or usingg the installation assistant?
Are you connecting the devices using WPS?
What error are you getting?
- Esta conectado al router wifi 6 de Orange, lo probé conectado por wps y por el asistente co el mismo resultado, lo extraño que solo estos dispositivos no se conectan al extensor y si al router orange.

Are you using the Onewifi feature (mesh)? Or seperate ssid?
Is the extender setup in access point mode or extender mode? Because in extender mode, you can't change the channel its broadcasting on.
Have you tried disabling AX? Maybe your older devices aren't detecting it because they're not wifi 6 and they didn't get updated?
- Probé con sidd separado de 2.4 gracias y el de 5g pero no se conecta, probé desactivar la contraseña y tampoco, probé desactivar el WiFi 6 y nada.....resetie el extender y nada.....flashe el último firmware pero aún así no funciona.
