Problema recuper password admin

Question

Buongiorno, non ho mai modificato la pasword admin, ma il sistema non mi fa accedere; ho provato a fare il recupero come da istruzioni sul sito netgear, ma il passaggio "annulla" non esiste e non si capisce come poter fare; potete aiutarmi? In allegato immagine di quello che si vede a schermo; cliccando sulle voci del menu non accade nulla.
