problems updating firmware yep

I have issues updating firmware on my r8000p yep no luck well I guess I will have to buy a new router then.  Also I tried the hard disk method locate and select the upgrade file on your hard disk yep and I had no luck yep oh well.  Tried updating it wireless no luck there yep on my phone and did it through wired through my computer yep. Also Um yeah I guess I am stuck at firmware
