Hi.

Thanks for the suggestion, it didnt work, when i lose connection i can see the little blue led on the side blinking and then im thrown out of games or i lose connection, any other ideas?

you can always try the standalone driver.

Uninstall the current driver and utility. then install just the stand alone driver.

you can also try different usb ports. Maybe the port isn't supplying enough voltage/amperage during heavy continuous use

you can also try opening a support case if you're within your warranty period. click on "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and the device. From there you can start a support case

Where do I find the standalone driver?

  when you download the standard driver for it, it usually contains the driver/utilities and one called standalone.
  Use that one. Just make sure you uninstall the prior driver/utility before installing the standalone
