QoS Speedtest Failure
I have set up QoS in the past with this same router many times. I've tried everything I know, including factory resettting the Nighthawk (router mode) and my modum. This screen comes up and I am unable to access certain websites and apps on my computer since this porblem has started. :( Please Help.
NETGEAR has broken the speed test for QoS across many router models. There's nothing you can do about except wait for firmware that fixes it

I can connect to some sites fine, like YouTube with no issue but others will not open. This was happening before and after the factory resets

I don't think QoS would have anything to do with not opening some web sites?
Is QoS enabled all the time? If you turn it off, can you access the sites? If you can, and still 'need' QoS then just set the speed manually and see it that fixes it.
With QoS off and still having problems, connect a PC direct to your modem and see if it works that way and you can get to the web sites. Some ISP's or companies might block access to some sites. VPN's might be able to get around that though. Another place to check is your Security Suite and see if it is blocking some sites.
