R6120 win 10 PC passes to internet via comcast modum stops there

No Idea how it got win 10 PC to connect  to internet via comcast modum.

Have moto G plus/ android but I live in dead zone so wanted wired wifi.  can't access playstore with PC to get blackhawk. Don'T really know how to run the ?smartphone,

when first plugged in R6120 wanted firmware update done, seemed to be successfully completed

ssid and pass does not come up.

To many meaning less buzz code words, english yes....meaningless like  russian

PC should be able to login and talk to R6120  ....yes

once inside    set up wifi peramiters SSID & passphrase

How to do this with ONLY functioal PC?  Is there downloadable internet access to software for setting up R6120

I get nowhere with NETGEAR Download Center!! I get into a endless loop of serial nnumber and model number with no results except to $ell me a $ervice contract

10 years with a flip phone now dead. Replacement Moto G plus talks rings and beeps but not making much headway keeps saying it wants updates and  installation incomplete

router should have hardware access software but I don't know how to set up network access name/password so i can hook up second PC to router and make it connect to internet...I'll deal with in-house PC networking later.
