1. what actual modem/gateway is it connected to?
2. what actual firmware number are you on (don't say the latest. it might not be and it changes if people in the future are looking at this for help)
3. What actual notice are you getting when they don't work?
4. have you tried using a different dns like googles at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 or cloudfare at 1.1.1.1

It is PPP0E connection with ISP Line directly connected to this router.

I am just getting "The connection has timed out"

Yes, tried with Google dnsand ISP dns.
