I'd take it up with your ISP. Tell them its a gigabit router but only connecting to 10/100mbps.
Its not something that you can change as its auto-negotiates.
If you can't change out the cable, then they can test it.
If you could directly connect your pc to have it work, then you could test it.

Hi thank you for the confirmation regarding gigabit support.
There is no modem connection, an ethernet cable is provided by the ISP directly.
PPPoE connection. The ISP says others are able to get 125mbps speeds so it must be the router issue.

what speeds do you get directly connected to the fibre connection?
Have you tried a simple factory reset on the router?
Are you testing wired?

Tried direct connection with Dell latitude 7490 ethernet port but it says Unidentified Network whether i connect the ISP cable or the Router to Laptop.
unfortunately all other Laptops at home are SLIM laptops and do not come with ETHERNET connector.
There is Speedtest in the router in QoS setting which shows 90mbps max.
Wifi 5ghz connection, speedtests never cross 80~90 mbps.
And Yes, I did do a RESET by pressing the RESET button and made all configurations, but no difference found.

did you try replacing the cable? A sketchy cat 5 or cat 5e cable can drop the link from gigabit to 10/100.

As the ethernet cable comes from ISP it cannot be changed. I get direct ethernet cable from the ISP, the main switch could be anywhere. So we cannot change the cable. only the ISP can change it.
