Hi All,

I have raised a case due to my NETGEAR Router WIRELESS AC1200 is not working and i did not receive any RMR number till now could you please provide details and no one is not responding and kindly provide needfull actions.

    this is the public support forum where members of the public help out. Its rare to find a mod on here (especially weekends/holidays). 

    It'd probably be faster to call support back than to wait on a mod to *maybe* see this post.
