R6230 download speed dropped after hard reset

I've been trying to play NBA2k22 on my xbox but it said i needed to have my NAT open, which I figured out,  and to have a static IP, which i couldnt figure out. I thought i messed somthing up when the NAT on the router is set to open but my xbox says it is now strict and double NAT detected or somthing. So I hard reset the router and now my download speed went from 49mbps to about 15mbps so im not sure what to do now. Should I hard reset again?

    Some more details on your setup helps. 

    1. what modem/gateway is the router connected to? 

    2. firmware on the router?

    3. is the xbox wired in? wireless?
