R6250 with a new problem with Access List
I have used an access list for several years for added network security. I added a device as recently as 6 weeks ago successfully for a total of 7 devices, however, the device I am trying to add now...

The device I have added to the access list is a Samsung, not an I-Phone and the message of denial is "Device authentication Failure" . Also it's strange that the router display of devices that are connected lists a mac address that does not match our devices and I feared an intruder but I find that the unknown mac address is actually an I-phone that we do have connected with a different mac address. This is getting a bit deep for me. Thanks

I now see an article that Apple is randomizing I-Phone mac addresses to prevent tracking of the devices, that would explain the non matching mac address on the connected devices. The samsung 5g phone will not connect if access list in on.

Okay, now I see that Samsung is also randomizing mac addresses for security reasons, this may be the problem that the access list is encountering. If so, what would be the solution?
