Please dont yell. We can hear you fine.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for General Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with older routers and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

    What modem is it?

    Try this.

Disconnect everything from both devices. Even coax from the modem.

Power them both down for 2 minutes.

Connect coax back to the modem and power it on.

Wait 2 minutes or for it to fully boot.

Then connect its lan cable to wan port on the router.

Then power the router on and give it a couple minutes to fully boot.

    Then try setup.
