R6350 Not Connecting to Spectrum Internet

Sounds like you may need to take the R6350 through the setup process.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.

Begin with the Quick Start/Installation Guide.

That pushes you into using the Nighthawk app. This is a dumbed down routine that is less flexible than it should be. The manual might be more useful. Or read this:

Be careful to do things in the right order. This is important.
