R6350 NTP settings auto changed

Dear Concern,

My Wireless router model is R6350 and Router Firmware Version is
V1.1.0.78_1.0.1

I am facing NTP settings problem in my router. Everry time i got 

 " <<attention>> timezone difference between router and local machine. do you want to sync timezone ? " massage when i login to my router. After clicking Yes Button my NTP settings were changed and also PPPoE disconnect and connected. Sometimes router goes to reboot or wireless disconnecting issue.
