It happens whenever I play games like Left 4 Dead and Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. The connection drops for a second, but relaunching the application fixes it. When playing Left 4 Dead, I can't joi...

Maybe those games need an open nat to function. Not sure as I'm not a gamer.

1. R6350
2. Auto updates are on, so the latest one
3. Wired. I'm also connected wirelessly on my switch, with the same issue. (5ghz)
4. From what I can see, it's just left 4 dead and Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. Sometimes I get issues with Starcraft 2, but not consistently.
5. Just my Nintendo Switch and my Windows 10 PC.

Spectrum / Charter Communications. I'm not sure which one specifically, but it was provided by them.

Really doesn't tell me much. Reason why I ask is some of those units have built in routing function. if it does, it can cause a double nat which can cause issues with gaming.

And a firmware number helps more than "the latest". you'd be surprised at how frequently people aren't "on the latest" or the app doesn't show the latest update. Plus for the people who use this is the future, they have a reference for which firmware you're on.

I'm only using one router so I'm not sure if double-NAT is a problem.
The firmware version is V1.1.0.52_1.0.1, and I really don't know what type of modem I have

This would be the forum for the R6350. not the nighthawk forum.
