R6400 AC1750 randomly dropping IPv6 connection, using CM1000 modem, comcast ISP

R6400 router randomly dropping IPv6 connection on Dell Inspiron Laptop, seems to work fine on Dell XPS Desktop, using CM1000 modem, comcast ISP. working on this since December 2020, can't find solution, NEED HELP!!!!!!!!

    whats actually happening? 

    Is the computer lossing connection? 

    Is the wifi not broadcasting? 

    Is the computer saying "connected, no internet"
