R6400 FIRMWARE UPDATE AFTER NOT FOUND

Question

I have been running firmware V1.0.1.62_1.0.41

The option to automatically update firmware was checked, but it never called for it.

I received an email advising me to update my firmware on 3//28/2021. I finally did it.

Updated to V1.0.1.72_1.0.45

Since the update, I intermittently get screens that say can't find the website, and to run Windows troubleshooter, which tells me DNS server not available. I use Frontier as my ISP.

If I power down my cable box and router, and restart the computer, all is good for awhile. Then I get the DNS problem again.

Thoughts?
Should I try to revert to my previous firmware?

Prior to downgrading, I'd try a factory reset and reinstall first. I've seen old settings cause issues and sometimes a factory reset clears that out.&nbsp;
