Oct 02, 2021You're welcome! I tried contacting support directly, but after entering in my serial number, my 90 day window of complimentary support is over and unfortunately there is no other way of sending them a bug report.
Wife and daughter mentioned that they had to restart the router a couple times during the following day I upgraded to the 120 version of the firmware due to the internet going out, but I wasn't home so I can't say exactly what went out; WiFi, Ethernet, or both.

I can also confirm I am seeing internet outages on certain devices with the 118 and 120 updates. Rolling back to 106 seems to fix this. I am using the Circle parental controls.

Do you happen to perform a factory reset after v120 was applied and setup from scratch to see if problem still appeared?

No factory reset performed. If someone can confirm that reset resolves this problem I will try it.
If I have to set up from scratch, it would be less wasteful of my time to use a known working router.
