R6400v2 No Dynamic ISP numbers?
We've been having connectivity issues for the past couple of weeks and we have found the problem but have no idea how to fix it. Basically, our modem/router is not updating the numbers in the boxes (see screenshot) and they're all zeros. We connected to our temp. CenturyLink modem/router and found the numbers that it was using in those boxes and typed them in as static and the Internet light goes from orange to white. As soon as we click the dynamic option it fails again. We've updated the device to the latest firmware hoping that that would help but it didn't, even after switching the Nighthawk off and on again after a couple of minutes. Any advice what to try next, or is the 4 year-old Netgear a dud?

What is the make and model of your modem?

Centurlylink tends to either be fibre or DSL service. If its dsl, you need that modem/gateway they provide. You'd just connect the R6400 to it in access point mode.
If its fibre, there tends to be static information that is set and not dynamic.
