R6400v2 not connecting to internet
The router pulls up to try to connect on wireless devices, but my modem link light turns on and off while there’s a good communication light for the Ethernet cable going to router. All router lights are on, and act like they’re working, but can’t access internet while connected to router. Can access internet when using modem.

What modem do you have?

Model: D3G1604W-033-NAThat modem isn't just a modem. Its a modem/router combo device.
It causes you to be in a double nat.

Options? (only use 1)
1. put the SMC in modem only mode.
2. put the netgears IP address into the SMC's DMZ.
3. Put the netgear into access point mode.
