R6400v2 reboot loop - firmware fail

- try the nmrpflash. I've had luck with that when tftp wouldn't work

just make sure you enable tftp

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash

Thank you. Idid follow your guide using windos TFTP first. and then tried two other programs i had not seen the nmrpflash. i will give it a go.
