My router is connecting fine to the internet. My computer is connected with Ethernet and that works perfectly but our phones can’t pick up the router name over wifi networks. The LEDs on the router aren’t lighting up for the 2.4 or 5G. Just wondering what the issue could be.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot". Pay particular attention to the
"WiFi On/Off button with LED". Did you press it? Further reading might
