there is actually a newer version of the firmware. You could try updating to that first, then do the factory reset/reinstall.

Thank you for your reply. I have done nothing except to reboot the router when I have the problem repeat. Is there a link available giving me some guidance on these procedures or should I search here for steps to accomplish what you have asked me about? When it come to these type of issues, I will admit right up front that I am definitely a newbie.
