R6700 Download Speed stuck around 90mb

Hello all,   So I am using an Arris SurfBoard SB6183 connected to my new Nighthawk R6700. I'm supposed to be getting 200/20, but it is stuck at just under 90mb download speed. The upload is fine....

    Nevermind! It looks like its related to a faulty WiFi USB adapter.
