Like a dumb ass, I bought a USED AX1800 Router off Ebay. I was totally unaware that Netgear will not help you with a USED Router! So, I called NetGear for help, and they told me I needed to buy a 3 month plan for 49.95 before they would help me! To make matters even worse, I have Spectrum, and they will not offer any help because you are not using their Router!
I got Spectrum to reset my Modem, and finally I have the AX1800 connecting, well sort of! I normally get over 500 down and 30 up speeds, but now all I can get is 100 down and 15 up! And, to make matters even worse, there is no WIFI Internet! My Firestick and IPhone connect with the Router, but there is no Internet on WIFI, so I am unable to watch TV on my Firestick, or use the Router Network on my IPhone.
I am running Windows 11 and it shows 2 different networks. One is called NETGEAR80 and the other one is called Unidentified Network and NIETHER Network show up as having Internet Access. In face, BOTH Networks clearly say NO Internet Access, but when I access Google and my email, and run a speed test, I do have internet access, however much much slower than it should be.
Can anyone help me ?
More information required. Start off with the actual model number of your router. Look on the label. AX1800 is not a model number, it is a marketing label.
Follow that piece of information with the manufacturer name and model number of the modem/ONT connected upstream of the router. Look on the label. Is the device connected upstream a combination device that is a modem as well as a router? Does it have more than one Ethernet output port? Does it have Wi-Fi antennas?

Is this the problem?

NETGEAR80 is probably the router's default SSID.
Which version of the R6700 do you have? There have ben at least three "V" numbers. (Look at the label, no V means V1.)
The original dates back to 2014, way too old to qualify for free support. The newest is 2018.
Which firmware version are you on?

Not much help without having a make. Some modems have a "hidden" router mode.
