Is this the problem?
I am running Windows 11 and it shows 2 different networks. One is called NETGEAR80 and the other one is called Unidentified Network and NIETHER Network show up as having Internet Access.
NETGEAR80 is probably the router's default SSID.
Which version of the R6700 do you have? There have ben at least three "V" numbers. (Look at the label, no V means V1.)
The original dates back to 2014, way too old to qualify for free support. The newest is 2018.
Which firmware version are you on?

Not much help without having a make. Some modems have a "hidden" router mode.

So far we have determined the upstream device is a modem only and not a combination modem/router.
There is a Netgear R6700AX router. If you can log in to the user interface, the opening screen should list the model number.
When you change out major components of a local area network or reset one, you need to power down the entire network and start it up in sequence. Power down and pull the power cord from the modem, disconnect the Ethernet cord to the router, power down and pull the power cord for the router. Wait a couple of minutes. Power up the modem and give it plenty of time to boot and stabilize. Connect the Ethernet cord to the router. Power the router up and give it plenty of time to boot and stabilize. One of the last indicators to illuminate on your router should be the one for internet connection.

The initial screen on the user interface should also show you what firmware version is installed. Upper right hand corner.

How can I tell which Firmware I have ?
Through the browser graphical user interface (GUI).
How do I log in to my NETGEAR wireless router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
and this:
If you cannot login to your router | Answer | NETGEAR Support
The firmware version will be visible on the landing page. Top right-hand corner.
If you can't access that, you have other problems.

The minute I put the Router back inline, I lose my (Internet!
I have to run straight into my Modem to even have ANY Internet, so no way to log into my Router to get the firmware, etc.
