R6700V2 QoS questions

Hey, I just bought the AC1750 nighthawk on amazon and made sure I updated the Router software and everything. I'm going through my Router settings, and I'm not seeing "Dynamic QoS" anyware, I found it buried under Setup --> Qos setup. And the only options I see are to enable WMM and turn Internet Access QoS on. This is kinda disapponting because I don't even see Upstream Qos, or Downstream QoS. I need to set up QoS so my Ps4 doesn't take up all my bandwidth. I noticed that I can set Qos by device, which I did. I set my Ps4 in the normal priority. But when I download games off of the PSN store, It still makes my 2.4Ghz band suffer. I normally get 50-60 mbps on the 2.4 Ghz band, but when I start a download, video streaming buffers on mobile devices. I sometimes have to use my 5ghz band because my PS4 seems to wanna hog all my bandwidth. I'm at a loss because I can't even access downstream QoS. It seems that it's only Upstream on my router. I'll attach a screenshot of my QoS settings that I have available to me. Thanks. Hopefully someone can help me out. I hoped it would of supported Dynamic QoS. But it doesn't. I can't even set priority by application because it wants port numbers.
