The trouble is I am using this router on the factory and many of phones 100+ are being connected to this router. So I wonder the max connection and lease time.

Ah. Sometimes, when looking for a solution, it's helpful to describe
the actual problem.
So far as I know, no Netgear consumer-grade router provides a
supported way for the user to adjust the parameters of its DHCP server.
I don't know if it's the same on all models, but on my D7000[v1], the
DHCP lease time is 86400 seconds (24 hours).
A simple, if inconvenient, work-around would be to restart the router
periodically, or when it gets into trouble.
Another possibility would be to use an independent DHCP server which
does allow the user to adjust its parameters. Perhaps something like a
Raspberry Pi?
