I started using a vpn. That took care of the problem for me.
I'm curious though, did you have the problem with your last provider?
I'm thinking it's a spectrum problem.
Maybe Windows 11 will help.
Downgrading helped to a point, but I frequently need to reload web pages on chrome. The router worked swimmingly in our old home, using FIOS. I've had Spectrum techs out to the new place on several occasions. They see no problem with their connection and modem (which they replaced with an updated model once). They blame the Netgear Router. Its all pretty frustrating.
