If your ISP supports IPv6, you can also configure the DNS to include IPv6 servers in the Advanced -> Advanced Setup section.
For Open DNS their server addresses are:
IPv4 Primary: 208:67:222:222
Secondary: 208:67:220:220
IPv6 Primary: 2620:0:ccc:0:0:0:0:2
Secondary: 2620:0:ccd:0:0:0:0:2
I would be curious of the specifics of the release note you mentioned. I can find no mention of "Removed OpenDNS Support". A link would be helpful.

Kitsap - Thanks for the reply. I don't know if my ISP supports IPv6. I will ask them.
I did not see the "Removed OpenDNS support" release note on the Netgear firmware downloads page for my router. I saw it when I did the following:
Logged into router>
Advanced tab>
Administration tab>
Router update tab>
Check button
The router then checked with the Netgear servers. A message came back stating that an update was available. That statement included eight release notes. "Removed OpenDNS support" was the third one.
