R6700v3 blank login page
I am unable to access any part of my router's settings via routerlogin.net. I am prompted for a password, and when I login it accepts the information. However, the page is just a blank white page ....

I appreciate your attention to detail. Here is precisely what happened:
I tried both routerlogin.net and 192.168.1.1. I land on the page using a web browser. I tried opera, chrome, edge, and firefox, all to no avail. I get the prompt for the password login.
I tried on windows PC, my android phone, and my wife's iphone. When I type it in, it accepts and goes blank. I did try typing it in incorrectly on one of the browsers to see if maybe the screen was just because of an invalid password, but this did cause the username/password prompt to appear again.
The factory reset definitely worked, as in, the reset went through. I held the reset button for 30 seconds. It did the disco light mode and rebooted. After all of this, the LED looks as expected. The ssid was reset and everything.
I will note that I was able to solve this after much hassle. I figured out how to forcibly install firmware through the command line. I installed an old verison of the firmware and was able to see the login page. I then updated the firmware to the latest version on that page, and it worked.
I don't remember the precise firmare version that my r6700v3 was running, but the nighthawk app lied and said it was up to date.

Ok, so I try to reset the modem with a factory reset. Except... This doesn't work.
Doesn't work in what sense? What happens? What are you doing ad where does it go wrong?
When you press the reset button – give it at least 10 seconds – does the router go into "disco light" mode with flashing LEDs as it tries to reboot?
What does the power LED look like after this happens?

Doesn't work as in after factory reset, the login page is still blank.

How did you get there? routerlogin.net? 192.168.1.1?
And the other questions?

Interesting. Was that with TFTP? Or some other command line operation?
I don't remember the precise firmare version that my r6700v3 was running, but the nighthawk app lied and said it was up to date. That's why we always ask people for the firmware version, the number. Those on-board and app tests get it wrong too often.
