R6700v3 constant restarts under WiFi connection

I've seen an article regarding the same issue I'm having with my R6700v3 continuously restarting under certain conditions. Out of nowhere, in roughly July 2022 I encountered a issue where the router would randomly restart a few times a day, typically in the early afternoon. I've swapped power supplies, updated firmware and performed a factory reset, all to no avail.
What I've noticed over the last few days, after returning from a work holiday, is that the problem happens significantly more often (~10x frequency) when a PC is connected via wifi as opposed to devices like a TV, phone, or Xbox (all but phone are connected via cable).
I am ready to sell this and buy a different company's router after reading all of the unsolved cases of the exact issue I'm having. Do you have any insight on possible cause or fix?

What actual firmware version are you on? A number helps.
Sometimes it helps to downgrade a version as newer ones can have bugs/issues. Have you tried downgrading a version or 2?
