What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Might revert FW version back to what had been working to something 9 months ago...
I am using spectrum internet via EU2251 modem. Whenever I lose the wifi internet, I am still able to do a speed check via the nighthawk app so the hard wire connectivity exists.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 or 149 to 161 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?No neighbors within wifi range but my 2.4Ghz was set to Auto. 5Ghz is set to channel 153. Also the 2.4 and 5G have separate SSIS's, I am not sure if that is recommended. I read in some places that they should be the same. I will update channels and see if that fixes things
For this model router, separate SSID names is recommended.
