R6700V3 phone wont connect to wifi but Amazon echos stay connected.
Firmware Version V1.0.4.126_10.0.102 So has you can see my firmware is up to date. I have nothing in my logs that tell me the problem. Sometimes when I try to connect to wifi with my phone...
I did a factory reset and it worked to fix it.
1. what modem/gateway is the router connected to?
2. What phones are these? Iphones? Android? If its a mac, go in and disable the random mac/ip address settings. Then reboot the router so you can connect and try using them for a bit to see if it stays stable.
I am using the CM1100 modem. Its the same one that I just fixed the errors with. I have an andriod running the latest update samsung note 10. My wife as Iphone. It mainly happens if I leave for like work then we we come back it sometimes does this.
did you try the factory reset?
are you using ipv6?
did this just start or how long has this been going on?
I have not a factory reset yet. I have just turned the setting in my router on but dont think my internet is actually utilizing it. This started happening towards the end of FEB. to the beginning of March. I have updated to the latest firmware. I thought that would fix it but it didnt.
