R6700v3 router force all traffic dns traffic

I have opendns dns servers setup, but I want to make sure users cannot circumvent and go around. I know to allow all port 53 in and out to opendns servers and deny all other port 53 traffic, but I need to know specifically how on this R6700v3 router as to not block myself from Internet.

    I tried blocking port 53, but I can still get to sites that I have blocked with opendns account. Any ideas? Gurus?

      What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

      Are you using IPv6? If so, do you have the dns settins changed for ipv6 to the opendns settings?
