Have been trying to update firmware but can't get past security questions. It indicates wrong answers but I think they are correct. How do I reset them or see what the router thinks the answers are...

There's a bug in that part of the firmware that doesn't accept the answers even if they are correct. The only way around to log into the router is to factory reset it with the button at the back. Press the Reset button for 5-7 seconds and release. After fully booted go to http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1
