R6900-2

I'm not able to register my netgear router as it says the serial number is incorrect but it is not incorrect, how do I resolve this issue.

    might want to recheck the serial number but if its still saying wrong, you can email support. 

    from the FAQ: 

    I made a mistake entering my serial number or email address when registering...

    Send email to customer.service@netgear.com with:

    • the subject line "Correcting registration information"
    • a description of your issue
    • your NETGEAR customer number OR your full name and contact information
    • the product model and serial number
