R6900 can’t update
Will not let me update the firmware I have version v1.0.2.8 trying to update too v1.0.2.16 it says update error

I don't usually recommend anyone update via the app.
Its supposed to host the update process on the router but when we see corrupt firmware issues, it tends to be when people do it on the app or over wireless.
I'd try updating manually over a hardwired connection.
