I’m not able to connect my computer with Ethernet cord, so how will all of these steps work?

    My laptop doesn’t have an Ethernet port on it. So

      Options? 

      1. buy a usb--->ethernet adapter

      2. borrow a laptop/pc to try it

      3. if you're still within warranty, you can try opening a support ticket to see about rma. If you're not, then you'd need to try one of the other options to fix it as you'd need to be hardwired in to fix it.
