R6900v2 WiFI button ONLY flashing.
There is no other activity on the unit, only one year old. Won’t reset or do anything else. Thoughts?

What are we to make of "WiFI button ONLY flashing"?
Do you mean that the wifi button is the only LED on your router that shows signs of life? Flashing LEDS usually indicate traffic.
Manuals are always a good place to start.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section in the manual Troubleshoot With the LEDs.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
